I help independent artists transform ideas into release-ready records through songwriting, production, mixing and mastering. Whether you're starting with a rough demo or a nearly finished track, my goal is to bring your vision to life while preserving what makes your music unique.

ABOUT ME
I'm a Luxembourgish-Greek music producer, songwriter and sound engineer based between Luxembourg and Athens. I specialise in working with independent artists across indie, alternative, pop and rock, helping them develop their music from the earliest ideas through to the final master.

Music has been part of my life from an early age. After studying classical piano and music theory at the Conservatoire de Luxembourg, I expanded into guitar, bass and drums before discovering a passion for songwriting, recording and music production. While studying Architecture in Brussels, I realised I was far more inspired by shaping sound than spaces—a decision that ultimately led me to pursue music professionally.
I went on to earn a BA (Hons) in Creative Music Production from the Institute of Contemporary Music Performance (ICMP) and an Advanced Diploma in Music Production and Sound Engineering from Abbey Road Institute in London. Since then, I've collaborated with artists from Europe, North America and Asia, producing, co-writing, mixing and mastering music across a wide range of styles while maintaining a strong focus on indie, alternative, pop and rock.

Alongside freelance production, I'm also a songwriting and production collaborator for Mat Hood and co-founder of the original music project Arco Deum, where I continue exploring new ideas from the perspective of both artist and producer. I also write and release original instrumental music under my own name, Loucas Bretz, drawing inspiration from cinematic and ambient soundscapes that continue to influence my work as a producer. In addition, I serve as Creative Sound Advisor at Monnet, where I contribute to the company's creative audio direction.

Above all, I believe every artist has a unique voice, and my role isn't to impose a signature sound—it's to help uncover and refine what's already there. Whether we're starting with a voice memo, a rough demo or a nearly finished track, I enjoy working closely with artists to create music that feels authentic, emotionally engaging and true to who they are. I believe the best productions come from trust, honest communication and a shared creative vision, and that's the environment I strive to create in every project.
